Hibiscus and Cherry White Ale (casked) – Central City Brewing

From Central City Brewing (Red Racer Brewing) in Surrey comes the ” casked Hibiscus and Cherry White Ale”.  The beer pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head.  This casked beer was tasted at the Summer Cask Festival 2012 at Central City Brewing in Surrey BC.  The beer smells of wheat, cherry and hibiscus and a bit of orange.  The flavor of the beer is of sweet cherry, hibiscus and orange plus lots of wheat.  This would probably be a good beer to look into marketing as a  regular seasonal summer wheat ale.
