Thirsty Beaver Amber Ale – Tree Brewing

Winning my award for best beer name is the “Thirsty Beaver Amber Ale” brewed by Tree Brewing out of Kelowna BC.  The beer pours an amber colour with an off white head.  The beer has the aroma of roasted malts and caramel.  The flavor is much the same with lots of roasted malts and some sweet caramel and a light hopy bitterness finish.  This beer is not heavily carbonated and comes in at an alcohol content of 5%.  This is not the best Amber Ale I have had but it is a very easy drinking beer and probably a great transition beer for macro beer drinkers.  It also has a great name and symbol!
