North Shore Black IPA – Bridge Brewing Company

From one of my favorite little nanobreweries out of North Vancouver BC comes their “North Shore Black IPA”.  The beer pours deep black with a tan head.  The aroma of this beer is of roasted malts, pine, cola and floral hops.  The flavour of this brew is of roasted malts, pine, chocolate, cola and floral hops.  This beer has a very nice body which is very creamy and very smooth.  The alcohol content is 5.25% and the IBU is 44.  For some IPA purists out there this beer may not have the stats for you but it is really worth the try.  The guys at bridge brewing are really producing some great beer for our consumption!

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With coffee and cola flavours, and a hint of pepper and nuttiness resulting in a very dark, very hoppy beer with a thinner malt profile.
