From Bracebridge, Ontario’s Muskoka Brewery comes their “Mad Tom IPA”. This beer pours a light golden colour with a small white head. The aroma consists of pine, citrus, grapefruit and floral hops. The flavour is full of pine and a pretty big hops bitterness with a mild citrus/grapefruit aftertaste. The alcohol content of this beer is 6.4% and the IBU is 62. This is a damn good IPA and I wish it was available in BC. Maybe Muskoka can work on that.
