Alice Porter (Renaissance Baltic Porter) – Brewdog

From Brewdog out of Aberdeenshire, Scotland comes the “Alice Porter”.  The porter pours a deep brown with a brown head.  The aroma consists of roasted malts, dark fruit , vanilla and some brown sugar.  The flavour is of roasted malts, smoke, dark fruit, burnt sugar and a mild bitterness.  The alcohol content of this brew is 6.2% and the IBU is 50.  This is one nice smooth drinking porter!

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION:  Also Known as Vanilla Porter. A 6.2% porter brewed by the Team from North Bar, Leeds as a special. But by popularity has become a permanent addition to the range.

  1. Ooh looks good. I’ve never been disappointed with BrewDog. Ever try their Sink the Bismark or Tactical Nuclear Penguin. Sadly those ones never made it to our shores.
