Penticton Harvest Honey Pale Ale – Tin Whistle Brewing

Fall Seasonal

From Penticton BC’s Tin Whistle Brewing comes the “Penticton Harvest Honey Pale Ale” a wet hopped pale ale.  The beer pours light coppery colour with an off white head.  The aroma consists of honey, fruit, malts and fresh grassy hops.  The flavour is of honey, fruits, malts, pine and fresh hops bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5%.  This is a nice wet hopped ale with a nice honey finish.

Commercial Description:  Cascade hope were harvested in the middle of the night and rushed to the brewery where under a full moon and the smiling countenance of the beer gods a little brewing magic took place. The incredibly fresh hops provide an intense citrus aroma and flavour. The addition of wildflower honey brings even more flavour and a bright crisp finish. Only able to be made once a year with the hop harvest, get it while you can. Don’t miss out! – Jeff Todd, Brewmaster
