Talisman (Pale Ale) – Strange Fellows Brewing

Strange Fellows Brewing has finally opened its doors in East Vancouver and is treating its customers with some real gems.  One of their first beers is their “Talisman” a Pale Ale.  The beer pours a cloudy amber/orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of orange, citrus and some sweet malts.  The flavour is of some melon, citrus, earthy, bready malts and some very mild hops.  The alcohol content comes in at 4.2%.  Not only is this a super sessionable ale but it is also very tasty!  I can’t wait to drink a few more sleeves of this at the brewery!
