From Moylan’s Brewery & Restaurant in Novato California comes their “Tipperary Pale Ale”. The beer pours a deep copper colour with a white head. The aroma consists of fruity notes including orange, grainy malts. The flavour is of fruit notes like orange, citrus, grain, grassy, earthy and some pine. The alcohol content comes in at 5% with a IBU of 36. This was my first taste of a beer from this brewery and it pushed me to check out a tap takeover and try more of their beer!
Commercial Description: Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our Founder’s Father’s Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It’s not a long way to Tipperary anymore!
