The Butcher & Bullock pub in Vancouver has a beer club that does events weekly with one event a month being a much larger Keg Fest event like the evening that I attended on November 19th, 2015.  These biger events fall closer to the last Thursday of the month.

This Keg Fest found TruCraft and Sierra Nevada Brewing bring in 4 regularly listed beers in BC and also 4 usually Brew Pub exclusives.  The ticket to the open event cost $15 and got you 8 tickets to try 1 – 4oz sample of all 8 beers.  If you wanted to have more of any one beer it was $2.5 for 4oz or $7 for 14oz.  The beers on sample were as follows:  Outside Lands Saison, Nooner Pilsner, Torpedo Extra IPA, Porter, Hop Hunter IPA, Pale Ale, Stout and Close Call Kolsch.  They also had some great looking beef brisket sandwiches on sale.

This was a great little event with lots of good beer on offer and a great group of people sharing in the experience.  If you are interested in their beer club make sure to ask your server next time you stop in for food and beer.  I know I will be keeping you eyes peeled for more events like this one.
