The latest collaboration beer from Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks is a little unconventional as it is with the hat company Nine O’Clock Gun Company.  The beer created is called “Cannon IPA” and also is being launched with a special hat to commemorate its launch.  The beer pours a copper colour with an off white head.  The aroma consists of citrus, sweetness, malts and floral hops.  The flavour is of citrus, tropical fruits, citrus rind and even more fruit with earth, pine, resin, caramel, grassy and bitter hops.  The alcohol content comes in at 7% with an IBU of 72.  If you like IPA’s then you will really like this beer.  Its got everything you would want in an IPA!
