From Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton Ontario comes their “Ransack The Universe (Hemisphere IPA)”.  The beer pours a cloudy orange colour with an off white head.  The aroma consists of tropical fruits, grapefruit, bready malts and floral hops.  The flavour is of tropical fruits, grapefruit, oranges, pineapple, sweetness, mild earth and bitterness.  The alochol content comes in at 6.8% with an IBU of 85.  This beer had a great fruity flavour in the front and a great bitterness in the end and was very pleasing!

Commercial Description: Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA, deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.
