From Twin Sails Brewing in Port Moody comes their “Space Armadillo Double IPA” a beer brewed with the wild yeast Sacc Trois.  The beer pours a cloudy deep orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of tropical fruits, pineapple, sweetness and floral hops.  The flavour is of tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus rind, stone fruit, bitterness, resin and really more citrus rind.  The fruits in this beer are very juicy.  The alcohol content comes in at 8% with an IBU of 60.  To say this is a good Double IPA is an understatement.  Twin Sails Brewing would be stupid to not add this to a fairly regular rotation!
