From Coast Mountain Brewing in Whistler comes their “The Alpinist Double IPA”.  The beer pours a copper colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of grapefruit, citrus, fruity, toffee and hops bitterness.  The flavour is of Grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruits, toffee, resin, sweetness, alcohol and hops bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 9.5% with an IBU of 85.  This beer has the alcohol warmth you expect from a Double IPA with lots of great flavour from all the hops added.  If you find yourself in Whistler check this beer out!
