From Port Moody’s The Parkside Brewery comes their “Galaxy SMaSH Double IPA”.  The beer pours a cloudy orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of citrus, tropical fruit, pine and some toffee.  The flavour is of tropical fruit, citrus, citrus rind, caramel, earth, resin and some bitterness.  There is some alcohol flavour also but that is to be expected at 8.3% alcohol.  The brewery has hit it on the head with this release!
