Off Trail Pale Ale – Old Yale Brewing

From Chilliwack’s Old Yale Brewing comes their “Off Trail Pale Ale.  The beer pours a copper colour with a tan head.  The aroma consists of caramel, grain, citrus with floral and herbal hops.  The flavour is of grain, caramel, citrus, mild earth, spicy and herbal hops and some bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 35.  This is a well executed standard pale ale and should do the trick for a good 6 pack in the fridge beer.
