From Dead Frog Brewery in Aldergrove comes their “C.R.E.A.M. Key Lime Milkshake IPA” named after the hops used including Columbus, Rakau, Ekuanot, Azacca and Meridian.  The beer pours an orange copper colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of lime, tropical fruit, lactose sweetness and floral hops.  The flavour is of lime, tropical fruits, lactose, mild resin and pine and a low bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 45.  This Milkshake IPA has one hand in the West Coast IPA and one in the East Coast and it was quite enjoyable.

Commercial Description:   A HAZY GOLDEN IPA WITH FLAVOURS OF TROPICAL CITRUS HOPS, FRESH PEELED LIME ZEST, AND A CREAMY HINT OF SWEETNESS.
