From 9 Mile Legacy Brewing Company in Saskatoon Saskatchewan comes their “Backroads (Coffee Porter with 2 Sugars)” a beer made in collaboration with Road Coffee Co.  The beer pours a deep reddish brown with a light brown head.  The aroma consists of coffee, lactose, mild roasted malts and a bit of sweetness.  The flavour is of coffee, lactose, earth, sweetness, toffee, mild dark fruit and very mild bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.2% with an IBU of 13.  If you are able to head to this brewery you need to pick up this beer.  Currently they only sell glasses of beer and growlers but it is well worth you time picking some up.
