From Torque Brewing in Winnipeg Manitoba comes their “Czech Please” a Czech Pilsner.  The beer pours a golden to straw colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of grainy malts, citrus and floral hops.  The flavour is of grain, lemon, citrus rind, mild grassy hops and a low bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 35.  While I am not a big fan of the style this was a well executed Pilsner and will be a crowd pleaser.

Commercial Description:  A traditional Czech style Pilsner. Crisp, clean and refreshing. We used distilled water and brought up to the correct softness along with noble hops to create a true to style beer.
