From Founders Brewing in Grand Rapids Michigan comes their “Breakfast Stout” a double chocolate coffee oatmeal stout.  The beer pours an opaque black with a brown head.  The aroma consists of roasted malts, chocolate, oatmeal and earth.  The flavour is of chocolate, earth, burnt coffee, roasted malts, oatmeal and bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 8.3% with and IBU of 60.  This is an amazing beer and I hope to get more bottles of it in the future!
