Off Trail Pale Ale – Old Yale Brewing

From Chilliwack’s Old Yale Brewing comes their “Off Trail Pale Ale” on of their newly branded beers.  The beer pours a copper colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of citrus, malts and floral hops.  The flavour is of bready malts, caramel, citrus, mild tropical fruits and mild pine and hops bitterness.  The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 35.  This is a tasty beer although quite understated.
