From Hearthstone Brewery in North Vancouver comes their “Wyld Lychee Berliner Weisse”.  Hearthstone has now expanded beyond their Raspberry version of the Wyld.  The beer pours a golden colour with a small white head.  The aroma consists of mild lychee, fruit and a sweetness that boarders on sugary.  The flavour is of mild lychee, tartness, wheat and other fruits.  The alcohol content comes in at 3.2% with an IBU of 00.  While the Lychee was not over the top this is a tasty Berliner Weisse.
