From Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks in Richmond comes the latest in their sour series the “Kakeru Dry Hopped Equinox Sour”.  The beer pours an orange colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of lots of tartness, floral hops and a lemony citrusy finish.  The flavour is of lemony citrus, mild tropical fruits, tartness, grassy hops and maybe a hint of green pepper.  The alcohol content comes in at 5.4% with an IBU of 21.  From my quick research Equinox hops are citrusy but sometimes have green pepper notes.  Once again Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks has once again delivered a very tasty kettle sour beer.
