From Old Yale Brewing out of Chilliwack BC comes there new “West Coast IPA”.  This beer pours a copper colour with a white head.  The aroma consists of floral hops, citrus, caramel, malts and a sweet finish.  The flavour is of caramel malts, grassy hops, bitterness, pine, citrus and an overall fruity finish.  The alcohol content comes in at 6% with an IBU of 55.  This is a really tasty West Coast IPA with a great balance of malts and hops.

of the much sought after Citra and Galaxy hops into this IPA. We suggest pairing the intense hops with your favorite spicy dish.
